DESCRIPTION:Have you been wanting to practice and increase your skill at being present or aware?  Come join a community of people who practice together and feel the support of the shared presence.   This group is free to attend and it is on zoom.  We gather together and watch/listen to a 10 minute meditation.  Then hold silent practice together for 15 minutes.  After that the floor is open to discussion and support and shared experiences.\n\nTo attend – send an email to:  livingasawareness@gmail.com and request to join.  You will be emailed the Zoom meeting link.\n\nLearn more about presence practice
