As the meditation gently fades\, a live sound bath begins\, filling the air with the tones of crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, gongs\, and other resonant instruments that shift intuitively from session to session.\n\nAs you relax into the soundscape\, a practitioner (or team of healers) moves through the space offering hands-on or hands-off Reiki energy to each participant. This personalized combination of sound and Reiki fosters deep physical relaxation\, energetic alignment\, and emotional ease.\n\nThe presence of the salt wall adds a subtle but powerful layer of purification\, enhancing breath\, skin\, and overall energetic clarity throughout the session.\n\nEach session is uniquely guided by the energy of the day. Depending on the moment\, you may experience additional elements such as breathwork\, soft chanting\, or vocal toning\, all intuitively woven into the healing journey.\n\nWe close with gentle grounding practices\, allowing time to reawaken the body and mind. Payments are nonrefundable unless the gathering is canceled. A minimum of three participants are needed for the circle to be offered.

This vocal journey is followed by a restorative sound bath\, where intuitively curated sounds create an atmosphere for relaxation\, reflection\, and inner balance. \nEach Mantra & Sound gathering includes a thoughtfully created altar that reflects the intention of the evening. Prior to each class\, participants will receive an email invitation to bring a small item for the altar that connects with that intention\, offering an opportunity to arrive with mindfulness and personal meaning. \nRooted in the BhaktiBreath practice\, this experience weaves together breath and sound to support self-love\, compassion\, and connection. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and may bring a mālā to support their practice\, though one is not required. \nJoin us for this gathering where voice\, breath\, and presence are honored\, and where each moment becomes an invitation to reconnect with your true self.
