SUMMARY:Sound Healing 101 Immersion
DESCRIPTION:An introductory course open to all! \nLearn how to facilitate the transformative power of sacred sound with certified yoga therapist and experienced yoga teacher\, Veda Spidle. This immersion is an introductory course perfect for anyone curious about sound healing\, whether you’re a complete novice or have some prior experience. We’ll cover the science of brainwave states and the impact of sound on the brain\, physical body\, and energy body\, as well as foundational techniques for a variety of sound healing instruments and get hands-on experience playing them. \nThis course has now been extended to 10 hours\, giving you even more time to practice with the instruments! There will also be space held in circle to share your experiences and ask questions as we learn together. \nNo need to be a teacher—this course is open to all and will provide a comprehensive overview that will deepen your understanding and appreciation of this diverse and evolving practice. \nYoga Alliance registered teachers are eligible for 10 CE hours upon completion of this course. \nPlease note: In addition to the course fee\, a $200 deposit in cash or check (made out to Sama Integrative Wellness) will be required on the first day of the course to cover any potential costs for instrument damage while in your care. This deposit is separate from the cost of the training and will be returned to you immediately at the end of the second day\, provided no issues have occurred. DESCRIPTION:Join my sister\, Rasa\, and me for a semi-private women’s circle rooted in presence\, rest\, and connection. Through guided meditation\, sound healing\, and shared time together\, we’ll gather in a space that invites slowing down and reconnecting with what feels steady and true. \nThis circle is intentionally small\, welcoming up to five women\, allowing for an intimate and grounded experience. \nCome dressed comfortably and bring water\, along with a favorite pillow if it supports your sense of ease. \nSpace is limited\, and advance registration is required. Payments are nonrefundable unless the gathering is canceled. A minimum of three participants are needed for the circle to be offered.

DESCRIPTION:The Sound Grove is a 90-minute immersive healing experience blending the resonant power of sound healing with the grounding\, restorative energy of the Grove guided meditation and energy healing. An Intentional Co-Creation between Veda’s Sound Healing and Sky’s Grove Soul Healing and Energy Work\, participants are invited into a nurturing space designed to calm the nervous system\, restore energetic balance\, and support deep integration of healthy vibrational flows. Participants are recommended to bring a journal\, water\, their favorite blanket and/or pillow\, and to dress comfortably.

In this sound healing class led by Veda Spidle\, you’ll begin by exploring the resonance of your own voice through mantra chanting\, an uplifting practice that aligns breath with sacred intention. This vocal journey is followed by a restorative sound bath\, where intuitively curated sounds create an atmosphere for relaxation\, reflection\, and inner balance. \nEach Mantra & Sound gathering includes a thoughtfully created altar that reflects the intention of the evening. Prior to each class\, participants will receive an email invitation to bring a small item for the altar that connects with that intention\, offering an opportunity to arrive with mindfulness and personal meaning. \nRooted in the BhaktiBreath practice\, this experience weaves together breath and sound to support self-love\, compassion\, and connection. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and may bring a mālā to support their practice\, though one is not required. \nJoin us for this gathering where voice\, breath\, and presence are honored\, and where each moment becomes an invitation to reconnect with your true self.
