SUMMARY:Spring Equinox Sound Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Join Veda Spidle for a three-hour Spring Equinox Sound Ceremony grounded in the BhaktiBreath method\, an integrative experience weaving sound healing and Yoga Nidrā to support deep rest\, seasonal renewal\, and the gentle tending of new intentions. \nThis offering invites you to pause at the threshold of spring\, releasing winter’s stagnation while nourishing what is ready to grow. Through sound\, breath\, and extended rest\, you’ll be guided into a space of receptivity\, balance\, and care. \nParticipants are encouraged to dress comfortably and in layers\, and to bring water\, a journal\, and anything that supports ease\, such as a favorite blanket and or pillow. An altar will be present to support reflection and intention setting. \nDuring our time together\, we will also create a simple\, meaningful item to take home that represents the intentions you are tending as the season unfolds. \nPre-registration is required. Space is limited.
