• Maintain a positive and collaborative spirit to foster a welcoming environment.

• Follow instructions from event organizers and volunteers.

2. Vendor Requirements

• Vendors must complete registration and submit payment before the event deadline.

• Setup must be completed by the designated time. Booths must remain open and staffed for the duration of the fair.

• Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of their booth areas during and after the event.

• Only approved items and services listed in the registration form may be sold or promoted.

• Vendors are required to comply with local laws and regulations, including permits and liability insurance where applicable.

3. Booth Setup and Teardown

• Booth setup begins at [time] and must be completed by [time]. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

• Teardown must not begin before the event’s official end time.

• Vendors are responsible for the safe removal of their materials and ensuring the space is left clean.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Selling or promoting illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items or services is strictly prohibited.

• Amplified sound, unless pre-approved by organizers, is not allowed.

• Solicitation outside of registered booth spaces is not permitted.

5. Attendee Responsibilities

• Attendees must respect vendors, other guests, and the event space.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

6. Volunteer Guidelines

• Volunteers must arrive on time for their assigned shifts and check in with the designated coordinator.

• Follow assigned roles and tasks as instructed by the organizers.

• Maintain a helpful and professional demeanor when assisting attendees and vendors.

7. Health and Safety

• Follow all posted health and safety protocols, including hygiene and distancing measures, if applicable.

• Report any safety concerns to event staff immediately.

• Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas.

8. Liability and Indemnity

• The event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

• Vendors and attendees participate at their own risk and agree to hold the event organizers harmless from any claims arising from their participation.
