What is included with my space?
Vendor registration includes your designated space at the fair. Please note that tables, chairs, tents, and any other setup materials are not provided—you’ll need to bring your own.
Limited space is available on the covered porch, but even in this area, vendors must supply their own table or display setup.
Are there additional fees?
Nope! What you see is what you pay. There are no hidden fees—your vendor fee covers your space, and that’s it.
Can I share a booth with another vendor?
We ask that each vendor reserves their own space. This helps us support all participants equally and maintain a smooth experience for everyone.
How do I register for the event?
Register through our online portal by filling out the Vendor Registration Form. Early registration is recommended to secure your spot. Registration Form
What are the setup and teardown times?
Load-in times will be provided ahead of each fair. You’ll receive detailed instructions, including your arrival window and setup information, by email prior to the event. We stagger load-in to ensure an easy and organized experience for everyone.

The Fairs are held at 1101 W. Market St, Greensboro, NC
What should I bring to the fair?
Bring your products, promotional materials, and any necessary equipment for your booth. We recommend having business cards and brochures to distribute.
Is parking available for vendors?
Yes, there is free parking, and you will be directed on the day of the fair.
