What is included with my space?

Your booth package includes a table, two chairs, and access to electricity. You will also receive promotional support through our event marketing channels.

Are there additional fees?

No hidden fees! Your registration covers all necessary costs, including setup and breakdown assistance. Additional services, like Wi-Fi, are available for a small fee.

Can I share a booth with another vendor?

Yes, booth sharing is allowed. Please ensure both parties are registered and inform us in advance to facilitate a seamless setup.

How do I register for the event?

Register through our online portal by filling out the Vendor Registration Form. Early registration is recommended to secure your spot.

What are the setup and teardown times?

Booth setup is from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM, and teardown is from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Please adhere to these times to ensure a smooth event flow.

Where is the event located?

The Holistic Fair is held at the Greensboro Convention Center, conveniently located in the heart of the city with ample parking available.

What should I bring to the fair?

Bring your products, promotional materials, and any necessary equipment for your booth. We recommend having business cards and brochures to distribute.

Is parking available for vendors?

Yes, vendors have access to designated parking areas close to the venue. Parking passes will be provided upon registration confirmation.
