Our Approach to Massage
Every massage is tailored to you. Whether you need deep tissue work, lymph drainage, sports recovery, prenatal care, or gentle relaxation, our skilled therapists are trained in a wide range of techniques—including cupping, Gua Sha, aromatherapy, hot stones, and reflexology. We can help with everything from frozen shoulder to digestive discomfort, from tension headaches to scar tissue.
What to Expect
You’ll begin with a short intake and health form, then a conversation with your therapist about your needs. You’ll always be draped for privacy and comfort, and you’re welcome to wear underwear or bring shorts. All glute and hip work is done over the sheet unless you request otherwise and your therapist agrees. Your comfort is key—this is your session.
A typical flow begins face down with back and leg work, then face up for feet, arms, shoulders, neck, and face. But if you want something different—just let us know.
Our therapists offer a wide range of massage styles, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management. We also provide prenatal massage, lymph drainage, reflexology, and aromatherapy.
Tools like hot stones, cupping, and Gua Sha may be used to enhance results. We’re experienced in addressing conditions like frozen shoulder, tension headaches, pelvic misalignment, and even internal adhesions or scar tissue. Every session is tailored to your needs.
You'll fill out a brief health form and have a quick chat with your therapist about your goals. They’ll explain the session before stepping out so you can undress to your comfort level. You’ll always be properly draped for privacy, and you're welcome to wear underwear or bring shorts.

Gratuities are not included in the session price. 100% of the gratuity you leave goes directly to the therapist. If you received exceptional service
from your therapist it is customary
to leave a 10-25% gratuity.

You can contract hire us to provide chair massage at your company, event, celebration, or appreciation. Our price is $165 per hour, per therapist in Greensboro, 2 hour minimum, this includes travel time and gratuity = Total $330 for 1 hour of massage. Outside of Greensboro add $.65/per mile.
