Becoming Aware: Plugging into Source Energy and Inner Power
Studies show that meditation can reduce stress, support emotional and spiritual healing, and guide us toward self-love, awareness, and even a sense of the divine. Yet for many people, meditation feels inaccessible. Quieting the left-brain “monkey mind” can be challenging, especially in the constant pull of daily life.
But what if meditation didn’t require silencing the mind—only redirecting it?
What if your logical mind could relax into a story while your creative, intuitive awareness opens naturally?
Peace in Your Pocket
Deana Coble is a Greensboro-based consciousness coach and founder of Living As Awareness with Deana C., the name of both her practice and her mobile app. “Living as awareness means shifting from seeking peace or happiness to recognizing the peace and happiness you already are,” she explains.
“We are all connected to loving oneness—to source energy itself.”
Her app offers a growing library of guided stories across more than eighty topics, from shadow work and self-love to emotional healing and awareness practices. New content is added weekly, offering users a gentle, guided connection to source consciousness.
As listeners engage, breathing naturally synchronizes and awareness deepens. “Even if you’ve never meditated before, the story evolves the experience,” Coble says. “Your mind softens, and you recognize the consciousness you already are—your sacred self.”
An ‘Aha’ Moment from Everyday Life
Coble often finds insight through ordinary moments. After a mechanic replaced the radiator in her truck, problems persisted. A second shop revealed the wrong part had been installed.
“My immediate thoughts were frantic—anger, fear, and worry about money,” she recalls. “But when I asked myself, ‘What if I knew I was okay?’ my body softened. Awareness opened.”
She realized that abundance wasn’t about recovering money—it was about her relationship with herself. “My connection to source, love, or abundance doesn’t come through someone else’s behavior. It comes through awareness and choice.”
By choosing presence over fear, she reclaimed her power. “When I choose awareness instead of reacting, I choose peace.”
Coble offers multiple ways to deepen awareness—from virtual and group sessions to her personalized “peace in your pocket” app. She also hosts a free Presence Practice three times a month. Learn more at destinationonelove.com.
