COVID-19 marked a season when the world pressed pause and retreated behind closed doors. But for Alexis Hart of Imagine That Life Coaching, staying in and going deeply within led to a new life and career of service to others.

“In 2020 when the whole world was shut in, I started exploring Neville Goddard’s work and the Law of Assumption. This universal law states that whatever you assume to be true—and believe is true in your imagination—will manifest as your physical reality.”

It focuses on shifting internal beliefs, rather than acting or forcing external change, Alexis explains.

“This is not fantasy, but technology, a tool we can use to create our reality. I’ve been a seeker all my life. As an intentional creator, I discovered that being in tune with my inner vision impresses the subconscious–which is behind everything.

“I started practicing before going to bed, imagining with all of my senses as if this was happening in real time. Then it all came to pass! I was shocked, amazed, and excited.”

In a year and a half, the coach says, “everything turned around.” She had created a life that she loved. Where before she had been a struggling single parent, within one-and-a-half years everything turned around; she had a partner and her kids were thriving.

By 2023 she got a “call from the universe” that helping others was what she needed to do. Alexis got certified in life coaching and Imagine That! [GHC directory link] was born.

For so many, our interior monologues consist of to-do lists and worries about the worst that could happen. But what if we did the opposite? What if we not only visualized but assumed and embraced through all of our senses that our greatest dreams were already fulfilled?

“A lot of women especially feel disconnected from their intuition and dreams,” Alexis says. “Imagine That is a way to provide your highest life, helping you step into your reality. Your dreams aren’t as wild as they seem, and you don’t have to stay stuck.”

Through detailed visualizations and journeys into the subconscious, intuitive coaching, and deep soul reflection, clients learn to rewrite their stories and change their lives.

“You can actually reinvent what you would like to see in your life, and it’s a beautiful thing.

“I lived it before doing it,” she says about the techniques. “This definitely transformed the  game of life for me, and I love being able to work with people who resonate with this beautiful energy.”

Many clients start with a foundational package of four sessions. “You can learn the technique in 5 minutes, but it takes a lifetime to master. But usually the foundational package gets people on the road to success.” She also offers check-in sessions at an hour a month here or there to help you stay on track.

“I don’t want the process to drag on,” Alexis explains, so she provides a toolkit for practice every day.

“Once you’re aware, it will touch every aspect of your life.”

The easy way to reach Alexis is through her website,  Instagram and Facebook, or through a private message. Based in Burlington, Imagine That sessions are conducted via Zoom.

“You must assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled until your assumption has all the sensory vividness of reality. You must imagine that you are already experiencing what you desire. That is, you must assume the feeling of the fulfillment of your desire until you are possessed by it and this feeling crowds all other ideas out of your consciousness.”
