Wellness doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in the middle of real life, through seasons of stress, activity, rest, and change.

Botanic Aromatics was created to support that reality.

I formulate small-batch botanical oil blends, inhalers, and teas designed to support rest, resilience, and emotional clarity. Each blend is developed with careful attention to the latest research, traditional plant knowledge, and ongoing study in professional aromatherapy, with a focus on supporting the body rather than overriding it.

This work began with a simple question: how do we support the body in a way that is both effective and sustainable over time, that promotes wellbeing?

From that question grew a practice grounded in thoughtful formulation, ingredient integrity, and a respect for how the body adapts to daily life, whether that’s physical activity, seasonal transitions, disrupted sleep, or emotional strain.

Rather than starting with a product, I start with the individual. What is your body asking for? What patterns are showing up? What kind of support would be most helpful right now?

In addition to ready-made blends, I offer custom formulations tailored to specific needs, recognizing that wellness is not one-size-fits-all.
