The BhaktiBreath Retreat is an invitation to reset your nervous system and reconnect with your inner self.

BhaktiBreath is a heart-centered, integrative approach that combines breathwork, mantra, sound healing, and gentle practices to regulate the nervous system and reawaken the sacred within.

Rooted in yogic devotion and informed by somatic wisdom, it invites you to slow down, soften, and remember your wholeness.

Throughout the 4-day weekend, you’ll experience guided gentle movement, breath awareness, and sound healing sessions.

You’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy the award-winning Ayurvedic spa, walk the meditation labyrinth and forest paths, chant in kīrtan, and gather by the communal bonfire under the stars.

This retreat offers space and choice to move stagnant energy, to rest deeply, and to leave feeling more connected to yourself.
