Step into a monthly experience designed to nurture your inner light and cultivate deep devotion to yourself, while supporting meaningful connection with others. In this sound healing class led by Veda Spidle, you’ll begin by exploring the resonance of your own voice through mantra chanting, an uplifting practice that aligns breath with sacred intention. This vocal journey is followed by a restorative sound bath, where intuitively curated sounds create an atmosphere for relaxation, reflection, and inner balance.
Each Mantra & Sound gathering includes a thoughtfully created altar that reflects the intention of the evening. Prior to each class, participants will receive an email invitation to bring a small item for the altar that connects with that intention, offering an opportunity to arrive with mindfulness and personal meaning.
Rooted in the BhaktiBreath practice, this experience weaves together breath and sound to support self-love, compassion, and connection. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and may bring a mālā to support their practice, though one is not required.
