Guided by lymphatic massage specialist Cypris Birkel, you’ll learn how the lymphatic system works and why it plays such an essential role in overall health. Together, we’ll explore six key lymphatic points using light-touch self-massage techniques combined with slow, supportive yoga movement to encourage flow throughout the body.
Amy and Sarah will be offering hands-on guidance, modifications, and support throughout the practice, helping you feel comfortable and confident as you learn.
The workshop will close with a restful savasana accompanied by subtle sound and vibration, offering a deeply calming experience to support the body’s natural rhythms and integration.
