Sound Healing 101

Learn how to facilitate the transformative power of sacred sound with certified yoga therapist and experienced yoga teacher, Veda Spidle. This immersion is an introductory course perfect for anyone curious about sound healing, whether you’re a complete novice or have some prior experience. We’ll cover the science of brainwave states and the impact of sound on the brain, physical body, and energy body, as well as foundational techniques for a variety of sound healing instruments and get hands-on experience playing them.
