The Resonant Hour invites you to rest, rejuvenate, and recalibrate through a peaceful blend of Reiki and sound healing. In this immersive experience, hands-on or hands-off energy work is paired with soothing instruments to support your body, mind, and spirit. Come as you are and leave feeling more balanced, grounded, and renewed.
In this class, we will cover distance healing, Reiki symbols, energy hygiene, and emotional intelligence. A typical class includes guided meditations, sound baths, and hands-on exercises.
