How to Make Your Chai (Makes 2 Cups)
You’ll Need:
1 cup water,
1 cup milk (or milk alternative),
2 tsp chai blend,
1-2 tsp sugar (optional)
saucepan or kettle, and a strainer
Instructions:
1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil with 2 teaspoons chai blend and sugar (if using).
2. Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup of milk and bring it back to a gentle boil.
4. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 more minutes.
5. Strain into your favorite cup and enjoy hot.
Tips:
The longer you simmer, the stronger and bolder your chai becomes.
For a stronger brew, use less milk or add extra chai blend.
No strainer? A muslin cloth works too (but a strainer is best).
Why Ginger?
Ginger (Adrak) helps boost immunity, soothes sore throats, and supports digestion. It’s warming, invigorating, and the perfect pick-me-up on cooler days.
If you enjoy working with herbs, our Rosemary Honey Infusion makes a lovely winter addition to teas, toast, and simple everyday rituals.
