Evening Unwind & Sound Bath

The stressors of the holidays can leave us yearning to return to balance, to reconnect with ourselves, and to unwind.
Join us for this 90-minute restorative yoga experience focused on decompressing the body through breath, gentle movement, and restful stillness. We’ll explore a variety of supportive healing modalities, with each class offering something a little different.
We’ll close with Yoga Nidra and a soothing sound bath to encourage deep calm in the mind-body system.
All levels are welcome. Remember to bring your comfiest essentials—think snuggly blankets, dreamy eye pillow, and plush socks.
