MotherCircle is an 8 week deep dive of sitting in Circle, exploring the unseen aspects of motherhood, as created by Kimberly Johnson and Jessica Connolly.
This is both a class where we explore motherhood through the lens of the female nervous system. AND a circle where there is space to share and witness our personal challenges and victories.
MotherCircle a place to discover, embrace and embody all the many versions of yourself. The 8 weeks of class are:
- MotherDive: we dive into the archetypal experience of Mother and explore the initiation of birth
- MotherCycle: we place the Mother archetype in the inner and outer cycles of life and nature
- MotherBody: we honor the work of pregnancy and mothering and the changes they have brought to our bodies
- MotherJaguar: we cultivate a practice of nervous system awareness and regulation
- MotherBirth: we integrate the pearls of wisdom from our birth experiences that are gifts to the world
- MotherLover: we uncover the secrets of returning to yourself (and your partner) as Lover in addition to Mother
- MotherWorth: we cultivate an embodied sense of self-worth
- MotherCode: we encode our personal values of mothering
