Spinal energetics is a gentle healing approach that helps you regulate your nervous system. Through light touch, sound/music and presence, I help create a safe space for your body to naturally unwind and release stored tension, and stress patterns that have been held in your system. I’m interacting with your spine, nervous system and energetic field to harness your own innate wisdom to create healing. Your body already knows how to heal itself; this work simply provides the support and safety for that innate wisdom to emerge, allowing your nervous system to recalibrate and find its natural state of flow and ease. It’s not about forcing change, but rather witnessing and supporting your body’s own incredible intelligence as it unwinds what no longer serves you. Movements and sounds that may happen are natural responses driven by your own intuition – not something I’m doing to you, but something your system is choosing to express and release.

What is Spinal Energetics?
Spinal energetics is a gentle healing approach that helps you regulate your nervous system. Through light touch, sound and presence, I help create a safe space for your body to naturally unwind and release stored tension, and stress patterns that have been held in your system. Your body already knows how to heal itself; this work simply provides the support and safety for that innate wisdom to emerge, allowing your nervous system to recalibrate and find its natural state of flow and ease. It's not about forcing change, but rather witnessing and supporting your body's own incredible intelligence as it unwinds what no longer serves you.
How long are the sessions?
The session is typically 30-35 minutes of hands-on work, followed by time to gently transition back, process what you experienced, and share/talk/ask about things that arise. I never rush you out the door; healing happens in layers, and sometimes the most profound insights come in those quiet moments afterward when you're reconnecting with how your body feels. Plan for about 45-an hour total so you can fully receive the work and leave feeling grounded and supported. and remember that integration happens over a few days so things can still process and come up after the session.
What happens during a session?
You'll lie comfortably clothed on the table face down while I place my hands along your feet and/or spine. We work together to create a safe container for your body's innate intelligence to emerge. I'll utilize music, sounds, movement and maybe even give direction to your nervous system and energetic field to heal yourself. Your nervous system may respond with movements, sounds, deep breaths, or stillness - whatever feels right for your body in that moment. The goal is to help you release stored patterns and allow your system to come back to its natural state of flow and ease.
